Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless defective)
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable
Refund Process

- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.
